On time salary.

Proper KRAs won't be told, they do not understand about the potential between people with different qualifications. Even ab MBA student from good B-school can be asked to do a clerical job. This organisation does not care about its employees working in the field under challenging environment. There is no proper guidance and support from anyone. There is no work life balance, no sundays, no holidays, work can last from morning 8 to evening 8. MBA students from good B-school are requested to search for a better alternative....Read More
