There is no security in this job, I was working from February 2021, suddenly this month I received an email saying that the job is over. In other words, in March 2023, the month of my last job, I was very shocked suddenly my job was gone

Apart from salary on time, there is nothing else to like about JioMart (Online e-comm).

* Poor work culture. Don't expect any sort of onboarding or training for a new joiner. * Favoritism and politics are at their peak. Don't get surprised if see that a much junior person with far fewer capabilities joins at a senior level only due to connections. Your success in the company depends on how good you are in these two. * Low on technology and tools. Only the Power BI tool was available with a poor interface. Half of the required reports are not available. And new report development time is at the next level. * Substandard work. Mostly playing with a large set of data in MS Excel in a directionless manner. Even so-called team leaders have no idea what is going on. * Highly ambiguous work. Even the team lead doesn't have clarity about the purpose of a specific task/ process and ends up in a lot of rework and often discards. And giving this a name fast pace LOL * Finally, at the end of the year, be ready for a single-digit hike that's too if have outperformed. Overall, very clueless and directionless work atmosphere. PS: Even for the company team outings, employees paid from their pocket for staying and food .. LOL

...ork life balance is zero Fake commitments from management Job security is zero Salary satisfaction is zero Career growth is nothing Once you joined Reliance & then outside no other company will entertain you for same profile. (Inshort joining Reliance means putting your career on risk) So, Requesting other employees please do consider all these points before joining Reliance. Same feedback also you will get from other employees of Reliance.

...y Manager was empathetic and logical in comparison to most of our Sr. Managers. - Salary on Time - Opportunity to work and learn from best in the industry. - The Ghansoli campus is beautiful with an opportunity to utilize Gym, Swimming pool, Yoga, etc - Good Life, Health and Accidental Insurance

- High pressure from Top to Bottom management - Unrealistic targets - No appropriate training in terms of the actual practical work we would be doing. The company has a good L&D department with it's online e-learning course but all in vain if we don't get manager's support. - The management doesn't really know the right direction of process to reach our company's vision . A lot of trail and error goes on. -Work during weekends and long working weekdays. - Late night meetings (Sometimes till 2-3 am) specially during festive season without any comp-off or overtime pay was a shock to me. - The company one day decided that they need to centralise all the employees to Hyderabad and we were left in a situation to either move to Hyderabad or start looking for another company
