Apart from salary on time, there is nothing else to like about JioMart (Online e-comm).

* Poor work culture. Don't expect any sort of onboarding or training for a new joiner. * Favoritism and politics are at their peak. Don't get surprised if see that a much junior person with far fewer capabilities joins at a senior level only due to connections. Your success in the company depends on how good you are in these two. *Low on technology and tools. Only the Power BI tool was available with a poor interface. Half of the required reports are not available. And new report development time is at the next level. * Substandard work. Mostly playing with a large set of data in MS Excel in a directionless manner. Even so-called team leaders have no idea what is going on. * Highly ambiguous work. Even the team lead doesn't have clarity about the purpose of a specific task/ process and ends up in a lot of rework and often discards. And giving this a name fast pace LOL * Finally, at the end of the year, be ready for a single-digit hike that's too if have outperformed. Overall, very clueless and directionless work atmosphere.
