Atleast they're giving as a gift of sweet box containing (100g Cashew,100g Badam & 100g kismiss) on dewali to all employees. On vinayaka chavithi's 11th day they used to give lunch buffet @ office. Occasionally happy birthday šŸ° cutting for only senior higher level management. Medical camp and sports competition yearly once besides these don't expect anything from company.

... manage their works with more and more load. Not to work as professional way. Once salary is fixed then there will be no change beyond minimum percentage that too yearly besides these don't expect anything from company. Always there will be race, no appreciations or recognition if any thing achieved or done some good things. There no concept of happy work or happy life. If you want to see the hell join this company. Horrible experience in this company. Same judge small towns big towns heavy pressure on that.

... sales lead but they designation is senior sales executive. Attendence problem..Salary's not perfect and claims also. No incentives here. Higher officials only says sale sale sale tent activities auto booming. This is not corporate job dears. This is road show jobs. Minimum connectivity leads not enter in jio center office. They only out side completely 12 to 14hours. In case jio center manager calling for come to office that have vedio conference call.šŸ’†šŸ’†šŸ™šŸ™šŸ™šŸ™šŸ™.

only thing is that it is a reputed company

Dislikes

salary is very low. work life balance is bad. we have to cheat customers to achieve target and also if a customer complain to our senior that they are being cheated then pur job is in danger bur seniors also want us to cheat customer in a better way without being cought. also if there is festival comming then you have to work all 7 days for 2-3 weeks. no weekoffs given
