Atleast they're giving as a gift of sweet box containing (100g Cashew,100g Badam & 100g kismiss) on dewali to all employees. On vinayaka chavithi's 11th day they used to give lunch buffet @ office. Occasionally happy birthday 🍰 cutting for only senior higher level management. Medical camp and sports competition yearly once besides these don't expect anything from company.

... manage their works with more and more load. Not to work as professional way. Once salary is fixed then there will be no change beyond minimum percentage that too yearly besides these don't expect anything from company. Always there will be race, no appreciations or recognition if any thing achieved or done some good things. There no concept of happy work or happy life. If you want to see the hell join this company. Thanks for asking feedback.

I am in this company all mostal 5.7 years in company overall all 2 times haik my salary. No promotion no propare trying new lounch products. Worst experience. I am wasting my valuable time this company

Apart from timing..all are worst...i am sarving 9 years and not get any promtions and salary hike as per working...only menegement thinking about them only. Others employee are like a servents....

Associates are treated as outsiders whereas all backend activities done by them. No promotion, no salary hikes, Even zero job security as associate are removed from system without giving proper compensation and all

The infrastructure is world class. Seniors/Top management treats juniors/subordinates with respect and provide excellent guidance/support and encouragement.

Dislikes

The compensation and benefits are not at all in line with industry standards. Annual bonus and increments are declared and paid almost 6-8 months after the year close. Besides, there are almost nil possibilities for organic growth despite the employees showing great track-record and taking incremental responsibilities and ownership beyond their designated work-profile.
