Past 3 years not growth in Salary,not even one rupees Increment from three years and if anybody says or ask about increment, they directly says ( Job is running well, Salary recieving ion time. Associates are treated as outsiders whereas all backend activities done by them. No promotion, no salary hikes, Even zero job security as associate are removed from system without giving proper compensation and all
