Talking about compay salary slip has per govrnement rules from 2020 the basic salary should be 15000 for everyone but in jio its way different and worked for year not even day i was satisfaction and i hope this will reach to reliance jio

1-being 8 yrs employee no promotion after getting A* AND A+ rating regularly manage KPI 95 % also. 2-new employee same designation getting 3time higher than me which means mine 8 yrs value less. 3-assained works to me which is not related to mine kpi for putting extra pressure for that . 4- 4 days salary deducted with out any information to me . several follow up no replay from any one.

Terrible, horrific, they use to bully lower level staff mentally.

...th service. Most of the customer not get proper solutions, no escalation matrix. No salary increments they use to discriminate lower level staff state wise if you're gujarati then you will be promoted if you are from other states than you will fase gender discrimination and cust discrimination, mental harrassment, bullying

I believe that no company is bad but its management makes it so. There is job security but there is no growth for an employee.

Unnecessary work load, no growth, average salary for field workers who actually bring revenue to company. TA compensation is very low.

Salary comes on time every month no matter what. I think leave policy is also good and leaves can be availed without too many approvals as is the case with other organisations. Flexible working hours and job security for some reason.

...ason for example many employees haven't been promoted from last 10 years and so. Also salary discrepancy exists at highest level as no slab system for salary is being followed by the company. Very process oriented and local HR team is reluctant to override these processes even if it means to loosing some of the key employees. No employee retention policy, they will happily let you go even if you have spend a life time there and are a core member of the team. Overall company does not present a good platform for budding employees however if you are very high in the hierarchy and get a senior manager role or above, then it might be the place for you. Less stress and slow pace environment will be good for someone who wants to settle down without caring much about the work culture and learning development. PS-6 days a week at circle level while NHQ follows 5 days a week schedule.
