The only thing would be job stability.

...and do business. Secondly you were not allowed to WFH from your native place. 2. It is mandatory to mark attendance everyday otherwise salary would be deducted. With an additional working day on Saturday you work life balance is not maintanined. 3. There is no learning in the organisation as Jio is still dealing in conventional & legacy products which is already prevailing in market. 4. Leaves- So this is an imp aspect, you do not get more than 7 days leave in a row else you would get a call from State CEO asking justiciation and cancellation of leaves. 5. About culture- they migt give you a higher level designation or salary but you are not entertained internally by other CFTs and they will treat you as an executive. This is a basic culture their. 6. Jio is still working in an era where you need to create your stamps(hard stamps) and take print out of documents and then take it ahead. You will actually experience a typical goverment culture in Jio. 7. TERM & DOT requirements sre same for every operator but JIO makes it the most difficult for you to punch any new order in system. 8. Medical policies are very weak irrespective of such a cash rich company. 9. Jio is still like old RCOM wherein employees are just treated like machines to get the max output. Also they can cut your salary and bonus at any point in time. Can go on with other inputs as well but feel that these are the most important ones.

Just salary on time.

Dislikes

Incentives structure very bad. Incentives credit in account after 3 months, others are credited in next months. No promotions No appraisal and no salary increment just workload increase day by day but no improvement in salary.

The infrastructure is world class. Seniors/Top management treats juniors/subordinates with respect and provide excellent guidance/support and encouragement.

Dislikes

The compensation and benefits are not at all in line with industry standards. Annual bonus and increments are declared and paid almost 6-8 months after the year close. Besides, there are almost nil possibilities for organic growth despite the employees showing great track-record and taking incremental responsibilities and ownership beyond their designated work-profile.

...the leadership is not at par with the world standards or even India standards. discrimination in compensation benefits No ESOP or only selected few get it. Why? is should be policy driven Promotion policy is opaque. Leave policy should have encashment option

Company does not care for employee mental health

Dislikes

...at you think. Cross functioning employee miss use of job rights given to them. No increment on time and even variable pay of salary not given in time. No activity for employee engagement, team outbonds. Even employee lose money from pockets for expenses made for business purpose. No extra budget.
