1. Internal Politics (Existing Old Employees which are in same State since long are not in favor for new employees) 2. So many Reportings Matrix 3. Delay in Support from Circle & NHQ 4. No Power with State Team for taking the decision

Job not secure because I am a FTC employee, So always need to wait for extension & in five year (including kutumbh care pvt Ltd) I have received only one time increment .... But over all is better then other company

... have to asked your HRBP. So, HR is only supporting boarding and de boarding. Apart from salary no incentives and benefits like night allowance OT etc not providing.

Job security is quite good, learning is also good, job satisfaction and overall experience is excellent, only compensation in yearly is need to bit higher , retaintion policy should more effective which not .

Yearly performance based hike is not upto the mark . Important resource migration prevention through retention policy is also not up to the mark . Interla job promotion benefit is not flexible.
