I don't think there is anything that I like about working except a few people that I have met and have a bond with. Also, my team leader is nice. That is all.

...t importantly, you have to literally beg for the money that you have worked for. There is always discrepancy in your salary and when you ask them why is it so? Either they tell you, you didn't complete your login hours (which is ridiculous cause why would we want any discrepancy in our salary and not complete our log in hours.) or they will give you dates on dates until you're fed up and frustrated. You need to keep mailing them and they do not even respond in one attempt and all they say is, thank you for showing your faith in us,we will look into it. Whether it is your salary or the over time that you for extra money, you get it after months after chasing it every now and then. YOU'VE TO BEG FOR YOUR OWN EARNED MONEY AND NO BODY PROPERLY REPLIES REGARDING IT.

Working in jindal was good but I believe things could be better as making changes in above mention criteria.

In jindal Manny things.. such as job environment, shift, hr management, salary process, work policy, updates.

There is no work culture in Jindal and they do not offer any compensation or benefitsfor handling there 7-8 chats at a time and most of guys leave the company with in the first month, however if they do not do that they are forced to leave the company by giving fake policies that they don't even follow.

Here is no job security, they can fire you anytime without any reason. No salary appraisal or benefits. There is a politics everywhere and because of that their employes dont careof them and there is noworking environment or work life.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Likes

It is a good place to make friendships and all the team leaders were awesome too. The salary is fine as expected.

Dislikes

I am not much impressed by the management as a whole, lots of cab issues, and long working hours.
