There is nothing to like about for this company.

Work life balance is very poor. Salary expectation are also very low. I will recommend only freshers who haven't worked anywhere only to come and work here and experience hell.

According to me in my process there is less work load and average salary with WFH facility. Job security is also good. When i was at WFO they used to conduct Fun Activity in which i like to play outdoor game (i.e, kho-kho) as we get a little leverage in name of floor activity from our work😂 and i also like the concept of IJP in this company. I've seen many of college been promoted through IJP.

The thing which i hate the most in this company is working hours are too long i mean why 10 hour 15 minutes (staff time) for domestic process on top of that at the time of interview and induction HR and other officials told me that the shifts will be rotational, as of now I've completed my 1 month in this company and at my first week of certification i got day shift but after that and still now i have been alloted night inspite of informing TL, HR and Trainer to change my shift but they are not changing my shift. I am very very very much disappointed with them. In my batch everyone except me had got their prefered shift. 😠

The only thing to be liked was salary got credited on time, only bootlickers can survive there, odm process was a bit better than chat process, please join only if you don't have any other option than begging and start finding job from the very first day of your training.

Everything was to be disliked can you imagine taking 5 chats consecutively? I have taken 5 chats continuously from login time till logout time, during the whole month of ramadan, a$$hole team leaders even won't let you have a lunch break I have to argue with him during wfh that I need to put my crm on break while having lunch, I can't chat with customers and eat consecutively 🤷‍♂️, and he said that here in wfo nobody takes lunch break and eat on the system desk itself, can you imagine the pressure on associates? this is after they prepare break and login roster every day 😑 Even after logging out it took 40,45 minutes to resolve all the chats every day they removed second tea break without any reason and even HR's didn't have any answers, I didn't had any issues with the odm management but chat process was full of filth, it was chat process but they forced us to call every customer in end of the chat for Excellent rating, that was not customer service but was reduced to just rating game @$$hole tl reprimanded us every day about the ratings, you will not get any downtime or break even during the office meetings no matter you are talking to hr/manager/tl you have to take chats and have to respond in meetings also 😂😂 Somehow I managed 4 months in that zoo and gave up DON'T JOIN IT UNTIL YOU LOVE TO VISIT A MENTAL HOSPITAL

It's not a company, it's a shop, was joined as a Sr AR, salary was fixed 37+3, but didn't get 3k in any of month even my performance was satisfactory, enquired about it, and i was shocked, no one is getting 3k, it was a lollypop, so i left the company without serve notice period.

There is no work culture in Jindal and they do not offer any compensation or benefitsfor handling there 7-8 chats at a time and most of guys leave the company with in the first month, however if they do not do that they are forced to leave the company by giving fake policies that they don't even follow.

Dislikes

Here is no job security, they can fire you anytime without any reason. No salary appraisal or benefits. There is a politics everywhere and because of that their employes dont careof them and there is noworking environment or work life.
