The best thing about this firm is that it even allows an opportunity to work here, which is surprising considering the management are so aloof in respect to matters concerning their employees.

On a professional front, the work management is so messed up that if you go and ask them anything regarding your job or salary, they will act so confused like we just questioned them on something that we shouldn't have. The amount of pressure that the management puts on you is unreal and unhealthy from a professional outlook and if we fail to meet their demands, we are fired without any prior notice or listening to what we have to say. I personally was outsourced to work under Zomato by Jindalx, and sometimes it felt as if the management of Zomato was more professional than Jindal. One thing I have learned here is that you cannot expect any support from the management (even the HRs are biased), if you haven't done anything wrong and will try to convey the same to your superiors wherein they are at fault, they will gang up and target you, claiming its you who are in the wrong. I have seen employees not getting their salary even after working for months, and when the management is questioned for this, they respond with false claims that our working hours were short. Basically, employees (even the tenured ones) here are treated as robots. Don't speak, don't question, just work. If you are ill or facing some serious issue wherein you cannot login, there is no exception, you have to work. No sympathy and empathy is there for the employees. Regarding professional growth, it depends on where you stand with the management, politics are imbued within this department. If you are on good terms, you will be promoted, if not then better luck next time ( which will never come ). To sum it up, this company cannot manage your attendance, does not like to be questioned, does not respect you, makes you beg for YOUR own salary and is not at all employee friendly. P.S. Would have shared a constructive feedback, but its not like this company is gonna read it and even if they would, they cannot take criticism.

There is nothing to like about this company. As they are very much capable in giving you less salary , extraordinary political skills , degrading & demotivating employees . Also there is no support from managers side no matters what your fortay or department is all about . They always believe in blame game and sugar coating . There mind set is really cheap ( talking about the people who are working here ) they are always interested in kiska kisse chakkar chlrha hai etc etc. If you are talking to your male friend and having a bro code type bond then all buddeh to jawan will starts teasing you & makes the environment negative for you to survive . There hobby is to mind the business of others instead of minding there own business . By the color of your clothes they Will tell you on your face ki chakkar hindu se h ya muslim se hai . In short paisa dene ki aukaat Nhi h inki baatein or gyaan lamba chauda hai or professionalism pr gyaan bhut pelaa jata h yha Lekin khud m koi professionalism ka P bhi nhi hai . In short Dont join this organisation either you will regret later. # Cheap people # Cheap mindset. May there karma realise & remind of me ..

Work life balance is very poor. Salary expectation are also very low. I will recommend only freshers who haven't worked anywhere only to come and work here and experience hell.

...ment people are fake profiles. There are lots of things which I can write about. One of basic thing is fresher will get more salary than the experienced ones see how much logically they are to decide. There is big NO if you are in RCM and going to join company. Paise deke AM ate h yahan. R1RCM wale jis experience pe employees ko ban kar deti ussi company k experience pe yahan Assistant manager hire kiye jate wo bi kewal 3-4 saal k experience pe. Jis AM ko tameej ni h usko AM se DM 6 month m or fir 1 saal m Manager promote kiya jata h. Jo apne se 5 saal launde se pat jati h or usko promote karwati jo floor pe galiyan deta firta h, ek dhale ka kaam ni karta floor pe, employee se jyada leaves leta h jiska kaam bolu to ek kaam ni karta or even hafte 2 din to late report karta h but you can't complain about them.
