No one jobs is safe even VP also Direct involvement of MD If company senses just corona stated then they will start to cut your salary. HR DEPARTMENT is totally waste. Even you have to follow up for your own appointment letter for years.

Good to joing with 2-4 years experience. Only for increase your salary scale.

Dislikes

No long futur growth. No other facilities. Anytime they cut your salary or give half salary while company in depression market.

Dislikes

The major draw back the organization has is it doesn't have pl, cl, sl and no bonus, no pf company should think about it and start it.

I don't like anything about it. Worst place to work and they didn't pay my last salary also besides my 1 month notice. MD of company talked in very abusive way that no man should talk to a girl.

Dislikes

Everything was terrible there. Not good work culture and boss abuse employees. Didn't give last salary to any leaving employees.
