Top management is not serious about employees carrier growth. Too much salary gap for same post people and even some lower post employees have more salary than seniors. Diffent policies forces in same company time to time.

Everything ok, but salary standard not good. Same position very different salary. No night shift announce . salary cut for Room rants, water bill, electric bill, unnecessary.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
