Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. You have to work extra on call basis unpaid if your co-workers is absent due to any emergency leave. Depends on your joining contract. No over time for extra duty You can apply for c-off instead of applying for OT As radiology technologist perspective

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
