Lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is disent but career growth is slow and job training is not given to new joinees Too much power given to HOD'S that they can affect your personal life indirectly.

The place is good with good infrastructure and accessible daily needs, so work life balance is very good compared to other places

Dislikes

Needs to improve in catching patients by increasing the spectrum of cases treated,, and the quality care which used to be there for patients should not go down, that will be the first step ín trust building and it'll definitely help in a long run

You have to work extra on call basis unpaid if your co-workers is absent due to any emergency leave. Depends on your joining contract. No over time for extra duty You can apply for c-off instead of applying for OT As radiology technologist perspective

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
