Management design for long staying employee with respect to salary is very bed even 16+ year employs salary is very less. 60 day notice period is also bed experience.

Not a good company for career growth....everybody (even MD) is scared of the CEO and owner.....mandatory site visit, even if there is no requirement.....abrupt site posting even if you are hired for the design office.
