There is nothing to like. I had worked in bhiwadi plant just 1.8 year stint. At last I had left this company.

...'t attend any vendor program/ function/ same field another company function. 5.This company is basically for medium/ low grade student who have owned good package. This company hired Nalwa's candidate, those are misfit to perform the job, they have oiled their relative, spying. VCMD Pragun jindal had not take any action against this kind of weather.Basically he is the puppet .Top management think that everyone is labour.Good for nothing. 6.I have recommend to join another company except this. After joinig you think about job security.

...In company facilities of hostel and with quality of food Jindal provide eatable. 2) Impressive increament in salary like crown on donkeys.

1) If you have keen interest in engineering so this company is not for you. 2) As a (GET) in company fine many time for first mistakes. Production Manager doesn't know even single management skill only know, imposed the heavy/major/ fined amount on poor supervisors. 3) As a supervisor run behind the baskets and spacers (used for keeping the material) in packing area, and bundle counting,no technical knowledge. 4) 12 hour shift "oh my god"who give permission for long working violate labour code/ no personal life Personally I did 18 days in night under pressure of manager as fresher employee. 5) Too much politics, old school mindset " LALA TYPE COMPANY"
