1. Extremely toxic work culture. 2. The top management engages in politics at every level. 3. They believe that paying well entitles them to complete obedience and employeee retention, despite the toxic environment. 4. HR has no real role beyond hiring. Once recruitment is done, they disappear. 5. No escalaation matrix - if you have an issue with your Manager, you either tolerate it or quit. Any attempt to escalate will only make things worse for you. 6. The company prioritizes superficial activities like festival celebrations and quarterly meets but lacks any real focus on future plan or company goals. 7. No vertical growth opportunities. 8.Politics is rampant across teams. 9. Beign good at your work isnt enough - you must engage in the "party culture", participate in extra activities, attend outings and use corporate jargon to fit in. 10. Many senior employess left due to the toxic culture, but the company simply doesn't care. 11. Zero work life balance.

Its basically a service based company in guise of gcc. Loads of micromanagement. They dont trust their employees. You dont really own your time, very difficult to create or have impactful work cuz of it. HR dont listen and enforce policy without taking in any inputs. Just blindly asking you to follow it with tight deadlines. Got WFH but cant move around or travel. For such a small company the management is literally blind to needs of people below

Poor management unable to stand for team in india Company run as fake product company but has deep service culture. It's lala shop. Excessive politics in everything done and UK immune to accountability and indian team always answerable and poked for even when not at fault.. Lack of trust on emp and ridiculous emp policies. Rigid policies like swipe in out .
