Salary appraisal:- For fresher put conditions like first 2 to 3 month with out salary, next 2 to 3 month 5k next 6 month 8k after that they sadi show performance then you get appraisal but as i mention above they make you 4 to 5 month data entry and billings work then how we will get knowledge of work. So they increment salary like 2k almost. Work:- To much work pressure for employees and for fresher too too much difficult. ** Before joining please be careful about BOND. I don't suggest anyone for this company.

It is a very good company. For the freshers, Seniors tells them many things. Every employee’s birthday and work anniversaries are celebrated. And the Events are also very good. Must join and see the environment!
