Having worked in two previous companies I would rate jeevan technologies as a more satisfying tenure where employees are taken care to the best. During the challenging times of COVID-19 Pandemic this company went above and beyond to support its employees,where the HR & Admin team did an outstanding job in connecting with all family members and taking care of the essentials and offering all support. They have multiple staff recognition programs namely,annual performers, monthly rewards and recognition program, project incentives etc… which ensure unbiased acknowledgment of all staff contributions.in my work experiences so far,jeevan technologies has proven to be a unique and exceptional place to work.I am grateful for the positive impact this company has had on my professional journey and personal well-being.

My seven-year experience as an RPA Developer in Jeevan Technologies has been fantastic. My previous expertise made this job feel like a perfect fit. Our accomplishments in RPA truly highlight our skills and innovative approach, gaining recognition in the industry. Working collaboratively and problem-solving as a team has greatly contributed to my learning and growth. At Jeevan Technologies, I not only grew my skills but also became a significant part of their growth / journey. Personally, and professionally, this journey has been incredibly rewarding, with ample learning opportunities and a supportive environment refining my RPA skills. If you're into RPA, Jeevan Technologies is an excellent place offering expertise, dedication, and a personal touch. I would like to work more and more years continuing the learning and getting more expertise.

Lot of internal politics. It is small company, so cann't expect much salary high and also no Job Gurantee. Good for freshers and low experience guys to learn the IT experience.

Dislikes

Lack of compensation & benefits, no employee welfare schemes/activities. If you work they will pay, no more added advantages like proper health plans, not even team outing early once, Amenities, etc...
