...uses desktop Entirely dependent on force motors employee review. Strict timing. Even if you late for 5 minutes they will deduct your salary proportionately. Don't join in Direct Tax dept. The force motors DT hod have no sense of talking. He is very arrogant and dominate jaya hind employee. For Tea, you have to get your cup and stand in a queue which feels very embarrassing. More than half employee’s are senior citizen..

Think 20 times before joining this firm... No job security... HR come throgh u out company any time.. No notifications at all.. Old mind set ... If u get security job there means u can join... Owner not trust it's employees only trust security... Managers having there own buddies they only get good promtomtions & increment.. My humble request is don't F##k u r self by joining here.. Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
