...um cashier but now I am working as a cashier in cash but Degisnation not change. And the main think is salary is to low my team mate join as a fresher and join date 2022 December company give him 1lakh 60thousands per year but company give me after 2years 1lakhs 59thousand I don't know why and what's basis company create this rules as my own opinion it's wrong some one take high salary and some on verry low but they sam Degisnation and belongs sam position and I think company need work with this.

Its hard for me to leave jana...and also i loved working there..there isno much difficulty in that job but actual difficulty is hard to balance personal life.. Also lots of pressure on conference calls and targets..there is no struggle to cross each targets and new products but based on the pressure and conference calls very very tough to handle..work is easy if we learned properly but handling higher officials is very tough and no more time to see our family...its very hard...company have to understand a persons personal time for life also no more holidays..its very very bad...

Sab accha hai mene jana bank me as a oac kaam kiya lekin meri ek galti se mujhe nikal diya gya mene ek chance manga apni galti accept ki but fir bhi mujhe ask to go kar diya ek chance me deserve krti thi but nhi diya to mujhe is bat se bahut taklif hui h jana bank me kuch senior ka group bna hua h jo agar kisi ko nikalna chate h wo khi kisi situation me fasa kar nikal dete hai. I request to you please give me one chance I will prove my self. I like to work again jana bank please.

...bers. Senior management is very vigilant about the inconvenience of a newjoiner. Gives additional monthly performance bonus apart from statutory bonus and performance is monitored every month.

Work presure is high. Very strict about time lines. Difficult place for indisciplined and unethical people😁
