Timely payment of Salary is the significant and only positivism in the company.

Delegation of responsibilities and authority is drastically uneven. Too much restriction under pretext of suspicion throttles performance. Sometimes even the best in market end up worst in the company.

Infrastructure, job security, HR policies except salary structure, salary credit on time, leave policy, reimbursement.

Work culture, terrible negotiation on salary even with fresher, No hybrid or work from home policy, fixed 9 hour job,

Firstly there is no job security. They work on use and throw system, Not proper increment, always work under pressure, not any credibility of management regarding employee. Worst company culture. Never get response from hr.

Salary is very bad .No holiday is given to employee and there is very much descrimination in employee . No any increment is given to employee .I work in Jakson ltd for more than 3 years but there is no increment is given to employee there is no any medical & work security given to employee

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology .I love the fact that i am a part of solar Epc team that today source of generation electricty ...without any wasting any fuel....

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow...no training for freshers.
