Negotiate on fix salary only, don't focus on variable. Plant Head is a Madrasi, nothing he knows but behave like a dictator. Cocurricular activity has been stopped.

except on time salary credit no another good feature can found in Jakson Few salient Features of company 1- Poor working culture and full of dirty politics. 2- zero job security and you can fire any time inside factory and immidiately ask to vacate factory premises or phone without any reason 3- No personal or technical training or any growth 4- Full of Corruption as every one in Daman, Vapi, Valsad know that top factory person, managers, people in Purchase and Quality don't work without giving money and they have fix % of cut with vendors and supliers and openly collect Monthly HAFTA in there relatives bank account, Amazon and FlipKart gift coupons and use of vendors credit cards for buying expensive personal gifts and a lot.

if you want to earn money and over income from corruption then its good company till you caught red handed. I am handling production from 2 years and I have seen people from Noida and factory hve % fix cut on vendors of Ram material and parts from local suppliers as well big suppliers of main items. if any vendors refuse to pay then his orders will cancel or hold by quality and payment will also hold till vendor pay money, gift, amazon gift coupons . There are no support from plant manager and senior management sitting in Noida and if someone will write mail then whole lobby will start harassing the whistle blower and he will fired from job due to non performence so juniors keeps there mouth shut. There are no planning in anything in Kalsar plant and you can ask to produce anything and anytime so you also cannot work in stable mind and planned way you have to strive for basic equipment and resources and permanent workers and local and very aggresive and can slap you any time so getting the job done you have to fold your hands in front of them so production people have too much challenges to work here.

...d and his boss VP don't take interest in conflict management and plant issues. Initial Salary is good but after that you have to forgot any growth and no career growth. No on job training provided to new employee and no policy for dress, canteen, shoes and snacks for overstay more then 12 hours even factory is located in forest and far from city. Zero job security for all level except Kaamchor and chamcha people. Hilarious culture as I remember one incident when a management person did a small mistake during work and suddenly South Indian Plant Manager Mohan Kumar who doesn't likes that person came and start shouting and abusing him publicly and thrown him out.

There are no management policy at any level for employee and a hard working person cannot get value for his qualification, quality, experience and hard working. in last 7 years I am evidence of 100 of fluctuating and flickering policies of Plant Management and Promotors and now a Marketing Head in Noida is whole sole decision maker of factory who have zero knowledge and company have paid for it indirectly and recently Pollution Board have raided factory and disconnected Electricity and water supply as well locked the factory gate. company is showing good on there website and social platform but facts are different hence they are fraud and fake as well. Now a days they don't have policy and growth of and management employees and workers and workers used to sit of strike and slow down very frequently but unfortunately engineer and manager cant do that. 364 days they promise a lots and at appraisal day they forget every thing you did in last year. Dumb High and zero knowledge with sky high attitude south Indian Plant Head and his boss VP has ocean of money and just puppet and passing time. Today I also seen previous reviews and want to confirm that its true that local plant head, VP and another key people have issue of Integrity and involved in bribery and money collection from vendor. According to senior employees Jakson Kalsar Plant have professional, honest and knowledgeable peole earlier but either they left by own, Retired or fired and from last 3-4 years environment is very frustrating.

The company gives Salary on time. PF Facility/Pension Facility is there. Gratuity is there. Medical Health Insurance is there.

Dislikes

Bonus should be due on Diwali and same should not on monthly basis. Company Annual Event is not there. Company official events and outside sports are very less. Up and down travel facility is not there.
