I like working schedule and salary .

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.sometimes,i have work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not value an individual.

No job security. Too much politics. Work load. Interference of Corporate Office. 6 day & Strict timing in Plant. Variable salary part is doubted. Negotiate on fix salary only, don't focus on variable. Plant Head is a Madrasi, nothing he knows but behave like a dictator. Cocurricular activity has been stopped.

The company gives Salary on time. PF Facility/Pension Facility is there. Gratuity is there. Medical Health Insurance is there.

Dislikes

Bonus should be due on Diwali and same should not on monthly basis. Company Annual Event is not there. Company official events and outside sports are very less. Up and down travel facility is not there.
