Jaipuria is a growing organisation. It is well established in UP with about 50 schools. The colleagues were excellent. Very friendly work environment. The Managing Director Mr. Kanak Gupta has maintained a wonderful balance in work culture between being too formal and casual. You can explore a lot and strive to grow. Flexible working hours. ...gers are horrible and will make your life miserable if you are better than them. Salary fitment is not too great, so bargain for a good salary right in the start because there is of work and you may end up working for multiple departments and doing things that you were not even appointed for.

Likes

They hire Principals and teachers assuring higher salary and once they get teachers for lower salaries they kick them out without any explanation. Think before you make your dicission before you join. Especially people with family. No certainty of secured job.

Dislikes

Think and read reviews and join. Worst management. They are mostly into hotel and real estate business. They don't know how to run a school

Everything's good Management/owners is good infact very good. I respect all the Management.

Dislikes

Internal Politics doesn't matter how many years you worked but if your reported manager wants to employ his referred person they kicked you out doesn't matter the reffered person knows the work or not. Even though you are not allowed discuss this thing with the management otherwise you will loose your F & F.

company policy are just horrible, only buttering employees have growth, new younge Chairman don't have idea of running companies n make employees retention through various beneficiary means.

Dislikes

No proper growth in term of career n salary ( incentive, perks).
