...e in any area deemed important. Any issues are reviewed and dealt with quickly. Hold yearly pay reviews. Open and honest about the state of the company, and recognize high-performing employees. Great culture at work, good office culture. I'm a fairly recent starter and was put off by recent negative reviews but wouldn't say they represent my experience at all. Since starting here, I've had a great time and would recommend it to anybody.

Dislikes

There can be stressful times of the year due to the nature of what we do, this rarely affects work-life balance though. Also, I can only really speak for the development teams in terms of what it's like to work here.

Good salary and incentives. Owner of the company is great.

Dislikes

... can ask you to suddenly travel anywhere in the metro/auto to meet any designer. And won’t even pay you the amount of travel. Using Ola or Uber is not allowed. 5. Previous managers were better but they relocate good employees to other cities.

Nothin really. A very unpredictable company. Please don’t join.

...nd then when you join, you are given a lower designation without any discussion. When they make you join the company they draw a very stringent employment terms where 25% of your salary is a retention amount which you will get only after completing 2 yrs. In case the company fires you before for any reason you won’t get that. Also the company can fire you without any reason anytime. And you will beat up your head e-mailing to HR finding out the reasons. Then they will accuse of something that never happened and refuse to pay you salary or notice for the amount of days you worked and then stop all communications and block your number as well. Kindly don’t join this company as the founder of the company doesn’t have any integrity or humanity as they don’t pay salary to the people who work for them. hR department is really bad, as they work very unethically and don’t like to listen to other side of the story and highly unprofessional in their approach. They are not even aware of the labour law policy in India. People treat their domestic help better than this company treats their employees. Don’t join this company at any cost because they will only make false promises and give you nothing in return. The work environment at the stores is also very bad for your health as there is lot of carpet fibre flying everywhere. Within few mins 1 inch of carpet fibre will accumulate on your systems and surface and you have to keep cleaning it again and again whole day. Imagine working there for 9 hrs, breathing the air and the amount of fibers you will breathe. Few people working there have acquired lung infection as well and are coughing 24x7. The management doesn’t take any effort to provide a healthy and holistic work environment. For them you are nothing just a labourer, sometimes unpaid .
