bad decision making don't pay on 1st , payment on 7th.. harass employees for following up. No one works unless sumit approves.. In-appropriate behavior with young girls some people in Management Many girls complain to HR but HR is useless and then fires ppl without solving this issues for ppl No promotion no increment no incentives, only show on slide- time pass blame employee for anything, no responsibility of company.. will not pay you if you leave.. Don't pay expenses Incentive in CTC is never paid Has harasses many ppls for leaving n not giving documents in time..

Innovation, and I love learning and evolving as a human. Loyalty places a high value on individuals they can trust and who demonstrate a commitment to the organization. Flexibility is very similar to adaptability because it helps you to be open minded and more willing to handle difficult situations.

Better Pay, I have not served much time so I may not be able to know more good things.

Dislikes

Departments are not very helpful to other departments, Very strict working hours- 9 hrs minimum- strict in and out time. No flexi, no WFH, very less holidays- only 18 days a year with only 2 saturdays off every month. It has become very hectic because of less holidays.

...e in any area deemed important. Any issues are reviewed and dealt with quickly. Hold yearly pay reviews. Open and honest about the state of the company, and recognize high-performing employees. Great culture at work, good office culture. I'm a fairly recent starter and was put off by recent negative reviews but wouldn't say they represent my experience at all. Since starting here, I've had a great time and would recommend it to anybody.

Dislikes

There can be stressful times of the year due to the nature of what we do, this rarely affects work-life balance though. Also, I can only really speak for the development teams in terms of what it's like to work here.

Good salary and incentives. Owner of the company is great.

Dislikes

... can ask you to suddenly travel anywhere in the metro/auto to meet any designer. And won’t even pay you the amount of travel. Using Ola or Uber is not allowed. 5. Previous managers were better but they relocate good employees to other cities.
