I have been work 12-14 hours I not get ot in the month of ramazan, salary package is limited,they are giving salary after 6th to 10th, HR department is worst,they don't provide OT also,the employment is worst with they.

Likes

I learned a lot about organisation from my self I've always been an organised person but. I learned new ways to organise & mobilise the staff from me, which was very valuable for my management abilities. And I like this.

Dislikes

Whenever I proposal to Management some thing new like , new furniture new chairs new ac they always told we will do soon. Which they are dislike. Except this my management are very good.
