the company is authorized distributor for Jabra products, not the "Jabra" brand. As it's a family run business, they have relatives and close friends working in and have favors for them. Special hatred for west region as none of the hierarchy is from West.

... abusive language all the time and especially when the target is not achieved. The actual salary is much lesser than discussed at the time of the interview.

my experience at previous organization was extremely positive. the company fostered a collaborative and inclusive environment, emphasized professional development and supported work-life balance. The Management was approachable and open to feedback and overall company culture was vibrant and diverse. clear communication and competitive benefit rounded out the positive aspects of my time there and i would highly recommend it as an employer.

I'm working since 2019 in Jabra. First of all the work environment or work culture is very good. Full job security. Appraisal & Increment is on time. Salary & Incentive always on time without any delay even in pandemic employees received their salary & incentive on time. Good platform to enhance your skill & experience. HR is very good and supportive. Their is no biasness or preferences if you work you will get promotion & Increment on time as per your performance.

Working since last 2.5 years. I haven't experience anything negative yet.
