There was nothing to like during Internship, They will not let you learn during that period.

Dislikes

They didn't approve you to work in management team because of breaching security. Just they will tell you do some marketing of product and you will not get perks for that.

Working outside home state should be restricted to one year rathet than 3 years then everyone will be willingly and happily move outside rather than like a burden to move outside it is a suggestion

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
