Employee freindly they treat employee like assets not resource but that backfired them now j don't know the future how mangement take decision on this aspect

They value only experienced guy in terms of salary and hikes.If you are skillled and ypu know latest technologies and you are showing no difference between you and experienced guy they will tell you "superstar,superman" but that will not replicate on the salary slip.

Best place to learn corporate politics. You can make career as politician after working for couple of years in Ivy.

You get to learn a lot of new processes and techniques , they encourage you to do certifications and implement new ideas.

No work life balance and most importantly salary will never come on time, it can 5 or 25 of the month when you get last month salary, you never know, depends on your luck. Also horrible parking arrangement, my new two looks like 3years old vehicle in just 6months, its dented and scratched all over.

Salary is not on time. After relived 5 months over - still they holding my pending salary. This is unfair, When I'm trying to contact HR, they reply simply will close payment earlier and as soon as possible. same template on every month. Very worst ever HR team.
