The work environment is great. The leadership is very supportive and, most of all, super encouraging during tough times. There is so much to learn about Real Estate and the market in this organisation.

Dislikes

Nothing significant so far. The working hours are a bit long, however the learning makes up for it!

I strongly advise against considering employment with this particular company if you value your professional growth and work-life balance. Although they provide a month-long training program, their expectations for immediate results are exceedingly high due to the startup's pressure. Moreover, employees in the Business Development department are deprived of any regular time off, resulting in a complete absence of work-life balance. It is crucial to prioritize your career and well-being, and joining this organization might jeopardize both.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
