HR team discussed to me before joining we provide a 100% bonus every year, but Ivy management offers below 50% bonus (HR team gives false information, it's like cheating). and appraisals are given to below 5% to 8% only.

Salary is good and organization is also good except product Org. Nice culture. Great to learn New things from Tech teams.

Though we exceed the business expectations and work very hard. I ended up with no promotions for any next roles and making the career growth.

product based company with service based managers. Some insecure managers troubles employees for there own recognition or promotion. One QA manager from India trading team he chase employees to work on his own tasks which are outside of the sprint i.e, offline.

Fast paced environment with emphasis on technology. You get to work on latest , cutting-edge technology. Free transport , few employee benefits are on par with industry standards

...ly 48% of what should be paid. Looks like its going to be the way going forward. So get ready to give up at least 50% of your variable pay (HR says its paid 100% when joining). Appraisal hardly matches inflation rate. Pay is not as per market standards. Lots of politics during appraisal period. There's no logic behind promotions. Few employees have a joyous time, they are promoted every year, switch different career paths and travel abroad frequently. The reward for good work is more work.
