Freshers DO not join this company , i Repeat don't join this company or you may suffer, freshers BUT WITH BOND WHICH IS ILLEGAL IN INDIA, i wont recommend this company to anyone.

...g Training Which is illegal 2.Limited Projects and roles.NO work life balance 3.If you ask WFH in 2022 it will be considered as Loss of Pay. 4.They never gave our Night shift Allowance during COVID-19 5. 500 rupees voucher on Diwali thats it . 6.If you abscond just submit laptops/ID etc because they send a fake email to your new company that you havent submitted assets and try to ruin your reputation which is really unprofessional and cheap (recommend you to have a screenshot, ,mail acknowledgement proof) 7. no Job security 8.Dont accept the Retainment Offer or package match offer

...ld is as such you have to extend the working hours to perform complete the task.you get your salary on time.

Some ex employees are manipulative and discourage the other hard working employees and put fake allegations.

Worst company ever saw in my life

This is such a worst company that after hiring candidate they just blackmail employees in the name of hike and they don't even have their own office just sitting remotely somewhere else No management nothing is there. Even they don't have project in their hand and now company is shutdown

I came as a fresher in the company and in the past two years I have learned so much about technologies which I didn't even hear earlier. Every day there is a new learning. There is a structured plan made for learning technologies

Dislikes

Initial 6 months were tough as being a fresher I was not able to cope up with the training. And since people were busy earlier in their own task I had to start on my own however gradually seniors came to my rescue and explained me stuff post which I could learn things.

I joined this company after reference from my friend and he was right....there were so many things got to learn. New technologies, handling work pressure, learned dashboard and reporting. Most importantly excel and ppt ;)

Dislikes

Reporting and dashboard was a very new domain for me...it was difficult initially to learn and understand client's expectations however with time I have learnt this. Self learning was important.
