I came as a fresher in the company and in the past two years I have learned so much about technologies which I didn't even hear earlier. Every day there is a new learning. There is a structured plan made for learning technologies

Dislikes

Initial 6 months were tough as being a fresher I was not able to cope up with the training. And since people were busy earlier in their own task I had to start on my own however gradually seniors came to my rescue and explained me stuff post which I could learn things.

I joined this company after reference from my friend and he was right....there were so many things got to learn. New technologies, handling work pressure, learned dashboard and reporting. Most importantly excel and ppt ;)

Dislikes

Reporting and dashboard was a very new domain for me...it was difficult initially to learn and understand client's expectations however with time I have learnt this. Self learning was important.

I have learned many security technologies. Few of them are niche technologies and uncommon too. Few seniors have been very helpful and have taught me and supported me

Can't deny about the work pressure though...it's been long days many times but have taught new things to me. Some team members are not very supportive and bully and force you say wrong things. But have been a roller coster ride

They will take you for something and put you in something else . They took me for For technology where I was working and suddenly they change it as they don’t have skilled manpower. I left this organisation without any regret . And before myself 5 people already absconded now you think what kind of company it’s is ?They change theirpolicy as per there convenient . And whatever good comments you can see in ambition box these comments are uploaded by company management . Also they are deleting bad reviews so that no one can get truth about this organisation. Support from senior and colleagues is very good. Growth path is defined and equal opportunities are give for learning. There are many niche technologies that I have learned and which are very helpful for my future.

In the pandemic situation since it is work from home the work load has been on the higher side. Hoping it to reduce as the normal life resumes

Work is hectic but I think it is for everyone in the pandemic scenario. I have learned many Endpoint technologies including EDR
