... didn't paid as HR Manager in actual not aware of Indian policies and practices. They can pay penalties but don't follow ethical practices. Strictly advise not to join. Product is outdated, didn't even think of advancement.

Everything. India HR Manager and their person oriented policies. So much to write in this section. They are white collar decoits who are robbing employees growth and development.

Likes

As being a part of support team, the management is the worst which runs only on pure politics, no career growth or appreciation nor movement to any other technical teams or training on technical skills. Overall I can say it's one of the worst companies to work with and you can never grow your career than false hopes.

Each a and every single thing, just the package is tempting but the work is worst.

Company culture, events,.work from home for many. Understanding mgmt, but deliverables more pressure

Not streamlined process. Too many product lines up and variants. Only legacy staff aware of old.products architecture. Dependent on US staff

Nothing.. there is no job security, no training and you have to learn everything on your own.. dont expect others to help you.. it is very difficult for a newbie to survive. Even after you are putting your own efforts to learn things, if you are stuck on some applications, you are a goner, no help from seniors or others.

Dislikes

No training, job security, career growth, I cant talk about as I was removed in 2 months without any explanation or reason. They are not transparent and very cunning guys are running the show. Don't waste your time in this company as you are valued here. They expect you to work straight away without understanding environment, customer, etc... they just want to work and give results.. which is crazy.. when first you should be made aware of the environment.. lots of projects were being redone as they were not taking the initial requirements at the start..

There is no job security , no career growth and average hike depends on favouritism of manager and he'll lot of cheap politics over all its worst company to work with

There is he'll lot of politics and the worst part is that management is in wrong hands there is no work life balance lot of tourchour from management lot of partiality
