Only reason to work here was being near by Home. Job Security is worst. Most unethical practices and procedures followed by HR and admin. Managers are of sick mentality and don't bother about subordinates progress. Company implement good policies but HR Manager Rajani Rai changes or try to deviate things as per her benefits. Statutory Bonus didn't paid as HR Manager in actual not aware of Indian policies and practices. They can pay penalties but don't follow ethical practices. Strictly advise not to join. Product is outdated, didn't even think of advancement....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
