Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The company is based on communication products. As a fresher the company is good to start a career in electronics field. The remuneration is not that much satisfactory. The working environment and facilities provided to employees is good.

Job security is not there. Salary provided to employees is less.

Overall is Ok but salary is always delayed by 2-3 month on an average & working on the 1997 pay-scale Company are working on Tally ERP they don't have own SAP Working environment is very good All the staff are supportive Office working hours Fix 9:30 to 5;30

Work Culture of ITI is worst. Salary will be delayed by more than 3 months. People focus on politics rather than work. Worst management you can find in any company they are also interested in playing politics rather than work. HR will create new company rules whenever they want and will create problem for you on each stage, they will create main problem when you are leaving the company, same happened with me they created new policies during resignation and didn't allow my smooth depaprture procedure. Go for any another company rather than this company.

... the other hand and my environment and company policies are good appraisals and company they are good give salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

Iti there is a lot of politics and company management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
