...pc, you have to spend 30 minutes fixing it every day before starting your shift. Work Culture - They force the employees to extend their shifts without any extra pay and force them to work on weekends for free. And if you are working on weekends they will not adjust that in leaves but if the next day an employee gets sick and takes a sick leave but is unable to provide the medical report they will deduct 2 days of leave balance instead of 1. They will create a very toxic environment for you and force you to resign and if you resign they will threaten you through the pre-signed cheque you have given to them that they will deduct the amount from your bank account through cheque.

...hat i dislike about company. HR & CEO both don't know anything about management. My team lead was waiting for 3 years completion bonus but they changed the police like a joke.

The company is open to innovation and adaptive towards latest technology, it's great to be the part of such team. my team mates come from various backgrounds and cultures and together we are one. This is a great place to learn and grow. your performance is appreciated and awarded every time. There are some on job trainings also for freshers, both technical and communication skills are refarbrished through these trainings.

compensation is ok, but growth is slow sometimes. the work pressure is very high, sometimes I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls and meetings.
