There's everything that i dislike about company. HR & CEO both don't know anything about management. My team lead was waiting for 3 years completion bonus but they changed the police like a joke.

When anyone starts working they sign a 1-year of bond with you they will take a pre-signed cheque of 2x of your monthly salary. When you start working they will provide you with a 10-year-old pc, you have to spend 30 minutes fixing it every day before starting your shift. Work Culture - They force the employees to extend their shifts without any extra pay and force them to work on weekends for free. And if you are working on weekends they will not adjust that in leaves but if the next day an employee gets sick and takes a sick leave but is unable to provide the medical report they will deduct 2 days of leave balance instead of 1. They will create a very toxic environment for you and force you to resign and if you resign they will threaten you through the pre-signed cheque you have given to them that they will deduct the amount from your bank account through cheque....Read More

compensation is ok, but growth is slow sometimes. the work pressure is very high, sometimes I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls and meetings.
