1. Poor management (especially HR and IT managers) 2. They have lots of rules like schools & colleges (Better go back to school) 3. Very very very less Hike.. 4. Poor work-life management (No Flexible work hours or WFH/Hybrid) 5. Micro monitoring

Can learn a lot on working in multiple tasks with new challenges. Peaceful environment

Dislikes

No work life balance and salary is not that much deserved for the employee who is contributing more of their effort towards the work. Not flexible enough for junior and mid senior level employees and I was quite disappointed with the support of the leaders sometimes

Worst team handling by managers, and team leaders, worst ambience, no skill development and learning things for all categories emplyess, overall in one word "waste"..

Good for beginners with zero experience without skills, but not good for skilled beginners

No importance for talented and skilled persons with less experience Appraisal or hike is based on likeable or close persons to manager, but the real skilled or hardworking person is not given proper appraisal or rewards
