I will suggest don't join this institute.there notice period is 90 days.when you resign they will throw out on same day. They doesn't allow you to serve notice period.

Work balance is very poor. Management is also poor. 3 months are very long to serve a notice period. If you know a Lala Company then the experienced employee never came to this company.

It is a typical Indian company that has performed decently before COVID-19, but I believe they picked up nicely after that. They have a strong presence in the healthcare industry, and you can learn a lot under some experienced seniors.

The company's pay structure is inadequate and lacks PF benefits. Additionally, there is a lack of professionalism in communication.

Basically company work for developing software to hospital and laboratories and customize the software according to custome need. Working culture is very tough and alwaya hier and fire the employees. Company sent the employees to customers location for software installation and it will take time from 3 months to 4 months. After that company send the employee to other location same. Job location is not fix. No job hours are fix.

Job location not fix. Working hours not fix. No job security.
