Great company with good policies, salary structure is quite good and credited on time. Site management is good, supportive, no work pressure. I will rate this best construction company among all competitors.

Salary is on time at the every month end. Company is concerned about quality and safety of the work.

Salary scale is not revised yet, employee who have been working in the company for many years. Most of the hard working staffs are not getting the reward what's they deserve. Promotion and the increment of the employee depends on how good relation to the project incharge and higher authorities in company. Company is not providing skill development training to the employees. So learning and skill development in this is limited. You can't expect promotion or good increment on basis of hard work or how good job is done by you. Dirty politics is happened between the employee. Shortage of actual team leaders in the company.

...y working, pressure is pounded over to that. No appreciation, No good increment. way beyond market salary compensation. work culture is getting compromised by the site management levels. Maximum Project Manager thinks that Plant & Maintenance Department is servant as Execution Department is King. Site Execution Head attitude is like that only. Company Policies are good but hidden by site HR and management to reduce costs. Maximum control of policies are in the hand of site Admin. Policies are different for different levels of person. Worst to be the Junior level persons. No leave approval on proper time requirement. Great things are promised at the time of Induction but completely failure to deliver. B. Tech, M. Tech even PHD doesn't matter. Ultimate thing is to do supervision of jobs which can is being done by 40 years experienced Foreman and they are in more demand. Control of the Enginners are in the hand of worthless Managers. Every Familyman is in great pain. Just they are doing for the sake of doing. Construction background experience doesn't count in today's industry and switching is beyond impossible. Rest if you think the review is False. All the best for having the Experience and Like it after Experiencing.

Great Teammates. No Training, only observing and learning. Job Security is Very high compared to other companies as the compensation is also less. Travel has no boundaries and limitations. Work Environment is toxic as slang language of superior has no barriers. Innovation comes at a cost but saving cost is ultimate goal. so dont try to innovate. work life balance is next to hell.
