Timely salary, work culture is very nice,Site staffs are very helpful and cooprate for work

Project based employees do not have any basic facilities like medical insurance, leave and on-the-job medical treatment etc.

Work culture is better than other construction company and Job is also secure in it.

Poor salary structure and very late promotion. Increment is also low than other company. To get leave permission is also a big matter. Safety culture should be more strict like that L&T ,TATA etc. Staff should be got training in his field after joining

Great company with good policies, salary structure is quite good and credited on time. Site management is good, supportive, no work pressure. I will rate this best construction company among all competitors.

Should enhance more Training / Learning program for the Employees. Should start use of updated design software like, Revit, 3D Max etc. to develop design.
