These people do help you learn things if you're Interested but they will suck you blood till the last drop if you're a junior especially in Safety department

No work life balance. 14 hours duty no full day leave.. leaves are rare .. have to do work 12 hours even on Sundays.. Night shift for 12 hours in the open outdoor area.. no one gives you credit for your work.. management only thinks of its own and is corruption master in therms of procurement and implementation of company money.
