A proper construction company that delivers / achieve its target with quality. Projects are awesome and most of them pertains to nation. Management is friendly and understanding Full freedom to work on your own Very good for Freshers to learn work Wonderful working environment. No pressure from seniors if you are good in you work and always boost to work calmly and accurately. Never feel like anybody harassing.

Growth is slow. Compensation is low for fresher and project base employees.

...agement is transparent There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary on time... Good working environment with the support of colleges & seniors ..... Well facilities ( bonus, increment, diwali gift, mediclaim etc)

...needs. Feel that the Company stands by the people in personal difficult times. Compensation is not really best in industry, but near the top of charts. Appraisal is mostly based on personal relations and satisfaction of the superior persons. The process of documentation of the same, though officially existing, is not very strictly followed.

Dislikes

The internal documentation is not in place. It is very hard to find anything related to HR and admin in one place. There is no in-house website or central server space with all documentation. For travel, the allowances are pretty low. In most of the cases it is needed to get special approvals for hotel/fooding etc. And as per knowledge, the allowance slabs are not revised since 2000 !!
