People are knowledgeable and friendly in general. Training is not very organized, but being provided to anyone who really needs it. For most of the team mates travel is not too much, but moderate at best. Of course it depends on the project/work needs. Feel that the Company stands by the people in personal difficult times. Compensation is not really best in industry, but near the top of charts. Appraisal is mostly based on personal relations and satisfaction of the superior persons. Dislikes

The internal documentation is not in place. It is very hard to find anything related to HR and admin in one place. There is no in-house website or central server space with all documentation. For travel, the allowances are pretty low. In most of the cases it is needed to get special approvals for hotel/fooding etc. And as per knowledge, the allowance slabs are not revised since 2000 !!

Work Details

Technical Services Department tries to work as in-house consultancy division to work out all enabling works and partially the EPC projects. The work is mostly on the tender designs, technical coordination and checking of designs/drawings received.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
