...needs. Feel that the Company stands by the people in personal difficult times. Compensation is not really best in industry, but near the top of charts. Appraisal is mostly based on personal relations and satisfaction of the superior persons. The process of documentation of the same, though officially existing, is not very strictly followed.

The internal documentation is not in place. It is very hard to find anything related to HR and admin in one place. There is no in-house website or central server space with all documentation. For travel, the allowances are pretty low. In most of the cases it is needed to get special approvals for hotel/fooding etc. And as per knowledge, the allowance slabs are not revised since 2000 !!

Great company with good policies, salary structure is quite good and credited on time. Site management is good, supportive, no work pressure. I will rate this best construction company among all competitors.

Working Time and Environment. In time Salary. Skill / Knowledge sharing. Company Culture.

Should enhance more Training / Learning program for the Employees. Should start use of updated design software like, Revit, 3D Max etc. to develop design.

Salary is on time at the every month end. Company is concerned about quality and safety of the work.

Dislikes

Salary scale is not revised yet, employee who have been working in the company for many years. Most of the hard working staffs are not getting the reward what's they deserve. Promotion and the increment of the employee depends on how good relation to the project incharge and higher authorities in company. Company is not providing skill development training to the employees. So learning and skill development in this is limited. You can't expect promotion or good increment on basis of hard work or how good job is done by you. Dirty politics is happened between the employee. Shortage of actual team leaders in the company.

You will hear from every one working in ITD Cem that it gives salary on time. Nothing else is good. Believe me, nothing else is good. Company is good. You can work for long time here.

Dislikes

If you are working in a project, you have to work under a Project Manager and he is the God here. If you donot have any contact in the upper management, then you are nothing. I have seen many people working here, who are working happily, have contact in the upper management. No work life balance. Working hour is more than 13 hour. Salary for new joinee is much lesser compare to the other companies.
